Ready-made items
Shirts, hoodies, crewnecks, mugs and our embroidered dad hats can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Send them back unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. Return shipping is on you, and we refund your original payment within 5 business days of the return arriving.
Personalized items
Engraved patch hats, tumblers, wallets and coaster sets are made for one person, so they're final sale. We check every design before it goes on the laser, and we'll email you if anything looks off.
If we got it wrong
Wrong item, a mistake in the engraving, or damaged in shipping? Tell us within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund it, and you don't need to send it back.
Shipping
We ship within the US. Shipping is $6.95 per order and free on orders over $75. Personalized items are made to order in 3 to 5 business days; printed apparel and mugs in 3 to 6. Then it's usually 2 to 5 days in transit.
